Why isn’t there a PO listed on my invoice?
If your invoice is a seven-digit number sequence, you will likely not see a PO referenced, as this invoice is for Hosted Software Renewal. Much like your Microsoft Subscription or your Cell Phone bill, Hosted Services Renew automatically. It is up to the VAR/End-User to advise us if they wish to cancel their Hosted Services.
What is a projected invoice and what do I do with it?
A projected invoice is a notice of an upcoming renewal for hosted services. You will typically receive these a month before the actual renewal period, to advise you of the account that is up for renewal and the cost. If need be, this allows you to create a quote to provide to your end-user, and if they accept you can provide us with a PO to list on the actual invoice, when it is up for renewal.
My End-User wants to cancel their Keep Hosted Services, what do I do?
We are sorry to hear that, and we would love to know why! But besides that, all you need to do is send an email to email@example.com indicating the End-Users name and ideally the reason and we will ensure that they are removed from Keep and Billing.
Why do I receive two different-looking invoices from Feenics?
At Feenics, we use an Automated Subscription Service and an ERP system, both of which send invoices. If your invoice is a five-digit number sequence, it is from our ERP system and if it is a seven-digit number sequence it is from our Automated Subscription Service. However, it is important to note that any invoice with a seven-digit number sequence (for hosted services) lives in our ERP system as well. Thus, it will have the five-digit number sequence as an invoice number and in the BP Ref No field, you will also see the seven-digit number sequence, so you will know what it applies to.
Is there a place where I can view all my outstanding hosted services invoices?
Yes! Our Automated Subscription Service offers an online portal where you can view outstanding invoices and enter a credit card to make auto-renewals a breeze!
Can we set up automatic payment by credit card?
If you wish to set-up automatic payment by credit card for Hosted Services, this can be managed through the online portal of our Automated Subscription Service. If you do not have an account, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will create one for you.
Unfortunately, for all other invoices, we are unable to hold a credit card on file as we are ISO certified. However, payment by credit card can be made at any time here. Please be sure to enter the correct invoice number and the full decimal number of the payment amount in order to avoid an error.
